Preparation for the Race
- Healthy and balanced food.
- Continuing to exercise.
Before the Race
- Do stretching and muscle warm-up exercises for 5-10 minutes before running.
- Eat a big meal three hours before the race with enough carbohydrates and be careful to reduce the intake of fatty foods, fats, and concentrated sweets.
- Drink enough liquids (such as water) before, during and after running.
- Ensure your fitness and medical examination.
During the Race
- Stop running if you feel tired, sudden fatigue, chest pain, dizziness, cold sweat, or headache.
- Make sure that your clothes are cotton, loose and not tight.
- Make sure to drink enough water while running.
- Choose the right comfortable shoes.
The preparations for the Annual Charity Run Race continue a full year to prepare organize and coordinate between the various cooperating, participating and contributing parties in order to highlight that event in the best form.
